Here is an entry door that was defective from the manufacturer. The center veneer panels were delaminating due to defective glue applied at the mill. We injected new glue through relief cuts made in the veneer. Then we clamped the veneer for a couple of weeks. After the glue set we stained the door with an oil based stain and sealed the door with 8 coats of spar finish.
